Saturday:  Yoga at my certification!

Tuesday:  Spinning- 55 minutes; ARC Trainer- 15 minute intervals; Legs- Side Squat Press with hop (12# ball); Step up with lunge (10 ea side); Slow Squats (3x15); Slide Backs (3x15 with 10# dbs)
Wednesday:  Jillian Michaels- 6 pack abs, level 1; Run- 2.5 miles (21:10)
Thursday:  Elliptical- 5 minute warm-up, 35-minute intervals; Boot Camp- Resistance Band Workout
Friday:  Run- 6 miles (51:00); Spinning- 55 minutes
