This means no more TJ's mini peanut butter cup binges, no more Caramello bars just because I think everything else in my grocery cart is healthy, no more microwave peanut butter "cookies" (although I will give you the recipe!)...the list goes on...
I also know that sugar makes me break out (I've tested it twice! Once with jelly beans and once with ice cream) which is a huge incentive to cut down.
Decrease PROCESSED FOODS
After eating an entire bag of Turtle Chex Mix, I realized that it was time. Not only is it full of sugar, but it has all kinds of things like Yellow #5, Blue #6, trans fats and who knows what else! I work too hard during the week to ruin it with foods like this.
Increase VEGETABLES (a lot!)
I really don't like eating them. Really, really not. I would rather eat fruit all day long. I know how good vegetables are for me and I also know that if I make them I will eat them, I just never choose to. Since my work schedule isn't very heavy at all I have a lot of time to cook and experiment.
WORKOUTS
I want to add more HIIT into my workouts, continue weight training two to three times per week and do yoga two or three times each week.
I am also keeping a workout log on here and I will post detailed workouts for anyone to use.
JUICE
I have a great juicer which I love using! My goal is to use it at least three times per week.
